July 2017

OMG i couldn't believe that time flies so fast and it's been three years since my last post. Now, i don't even know where to begin.... i have completely lost my ability to write things like this as i feel like my brain function has decreased immensely as i get older. Isnt it ironic? You supposed to get smarter as you aged but it's completely the opposite for me. I literally can sense the difference between me when i was younger and the present time, i feel like i was able to memorize things easily back in the time when i was younger but it is so hard for me to memorize even a single little things nowaday.

Anyway, back to the topic, so yeah apparently I moved to Melbourne, Australia after my unpleasant and devastating moment back in Singapore. And guess what? It's been almost 3 years that i actually stayed here. To be honest, it was actually pretty good, or should I say it's been amazing? I went through a lot of ups and downs through all these years but I am truly grateful for my God that never leave me nor forsake me and for all my friends who never stopped encouraging me to do everything.

July, 2014

It's been a while since my last post, it was in 2013 and now we're in 2014. Well, of course i finished my high school and had my Prom, Graduation Party and stuff. Well in case i lost all my photos in the future, this is how i look when i graduated from Prime One School in Medan.

It's kind of blurry since i'm too lazy to use my camera to take a picture. Well i should by one nice and good pocket camera. I've been thinking to buy a Fujifilm xe-2 camera though but it is so expensive, i think i'll just wait. Well, of course after graduation, there will be farewell. Each of us will pursue our future in different path (this sounds cheesy). I'm going to apply for diploma and bachelor degree in Curtin Singapore while my friend and my boyfriend will continue their studies in Indonesia. It's kind of hard leaving your precious people behind, but then you have to keep looking forward and not looking bad. I feel like i'm missing the feeling to be a high school student, with a bunch of friends surrounding you and such things, but i feel like my friends in my high school doesn't even feel the same. Most of them just disappeared without saying goodbye, well for me what hurt the most is not taking a moment to say goodbye.

Right now, i've been staying in Singapore for like more than two weeks, since i'm still waiting for my student pass i can't attend any of the class in my university. Actually i've been applying for enrolment which start in July but there's a problem in my IPA approval which caused by my parents documents, and now i have to wait for announcement from the ICA. I've been waiting from 6 July, and right now all the classes have been started, and guess what? since it's already begin, i have to differ my enrolment to November, another 4 months to wait! Bloody blood! Frustrated and furious, but can't do nothing. But Thanks to Heaven, i have a lot of friends here which always be a very good companion for me, my days are great with them. I've been thinking to just continue my study in Australia but my friends kept encouraging me to stay in Singapore and i don't want to left them too so instead, here i am waiting for my IPA approval. I haven't went to any special places here in Singapore so i can't post anything. I think i'll just post a random photo from Beach Party held by Curtin in Sentsosa.

I think i get fatter, since i can't poo poo here. I don't know why either, i even took Dulcolax to help me poo but it hurts so bad so i just took it once and i don't want to took that pills anymore. Such a random things to say lol, here's a good music

June, 2013

I went to Singapore on June 13th, i spent 6 days and 5 nights there. It was my first time to travel abroad with my friends, you know. It was kind of exciting and fun, i was so happy and i kind of get bored of saying "i was so happy". Right, i went with 4 of my friends so it was five of us and i was fetched by my dad. Ivonny joined me with my dad and the other took Mrt cause the car only fit for 5 person and including my dad and aunty, it was 7 of us. On the first day, we went to Bugis which i don't know, there's nothing much to tell, we were just shopping and shopping. On the second day, we went to Universal Studio Singapore and well, we only had like, half day there cause all of my friends were tired so at 1 o'clock, we decided to go to Vivo City. At night, we went to Chinatown for food and well, we found this really really delicious Korean Food, Gam Gang Won or whatever the name is. We ordered bbq package if i'm not mistaken so well yeah here's the pic. oh! and we found this, tin tin shop which sells tin tin things, it's kind of cool but only you know, so-so.

I gotta tell you, that thing up there is really really delicious, i ate so much until i can't drink anymore. The next day, we went to Orchard and Somerset for shopping. Well nothing much happened that day, so well.. the day after that, it was Father's day! I went to Somerset, again in the morning for breakfast and my dad fetched me to go to Yacht Republic of Singapore. Honestly, i really don't know what that place is but there's like restaurant so we ate there and it was really delicious and my dad told me that it was the finest western restaurant there which i doubt haha but the food was really delicious and the scenery too, it's beautiful. I think maybe it's a place for yachting, something like that...

Well the best thing in life is when you can finally have lunch with your dad on Fathers day! The next day, if i'm not mistaken i went to Night Safari which is really nice, i was really excited because idk for me, animals are awesome. The next day again, i had a date with my dad lol we ate Carrot Cake at idk where somewhere near his house and he took me to Bishan Park which was really beautiful, before that he bought a bread and he didn't tell me what he's going to do with that bread. I thought it's for him but then he took some of the bread with him and we walked to the Bishan Park. In the middle of the bridge, he gave the bread to the fish. It was really beautiful, he said that he always goes there every time he has problem and he said he talked to the fish which i doubt haha. When we finished giving the bread to the fish, he told me this "I wish you were here with me everyday" which is.... idk. okay let's not talk about this. Here's the pic of Bishan Park

After that, my dad drop me at my Hotel but then all my friends were at Bugis so i decided to go to Orchard by my self and thank God, i met Micheline Angelia and Jenny there, after i shopped, i craved Yoshinoya so i search for Yoshinoya in Orchard but there's none so i took mrt and went back to hotel to put the things i bought and decided to go to Bugis right away, but i was so dizzy idk why maybe i was too tired, i feel like i was about to faint so i just lied on my bed for a while. 2 minutes later, i walked like a zombie to the convenience store down the hall and bought panadol and mineral water. After i took the medicine i took mrt again to bugis and finally finally finally, i found Yoshinoya! So i ate there alone like an idiot and Thank God again, there was a girl who also ate alone in front of me. It makes me feel like i have friends, although i'm not lol. So after i ate and walked a bit, my friends finally found me and we decided to go to Marina Bay Sands. Yeah yeah, it's already all over the internet so i'm not going to post the pic, here's a pic of my legend Yoshinoya

The photos are kind of blurry, right? Yeah yeah i took them with my one and only phone...

1st June, 2013

Another rafting! We went to Sei Bingei this time, the river is much more quieter and it took only like, 3 hours in the river so personally i prefer the Sei Bah Bolon river. It's kind of boring but the fun part was there's like a dam or something idk what they called it. Our guide was so boring and me, Kahfi, and Ale was so frustrated, yet the boat always stuck on the rocks. But whatever, it was a fun day, though.
Here's our pic

The pic is kind of blurry, right? Yeah idk why either

April, 2013

Kay, this time i went rafting with just a few people, 11 if i'm not mistaken. We went to Sei Bah Bolon river which is located in.... idk where but it's in North Sumatra. It took 3 hours or something from Medan to Sei Bah Bolon. It was my first time doing Rafting, really. I was really excited. I was in one boat with Kahfi, Ale, Yuriandy, and Aginta. We spent like, 4 or 5 hours in the river but i didn't feel bored at all, our guide was really fun too. We kept falling to the water and help each other and so on. It was really fun, i just can't describe it. After like 2 hours in the river, we decided to jump off a cliff, we thought that the guide will not ask us to jump off a cliff so me, Septian, Don, Danyie, and Yuriandy decided to jump on a random cliff. Honestly, it was dangerous. If i didn't jump far enough, i will hurt myself because the bottom of the cliff is a bunch of rocks. It was quite high and it was my first time to jump off a cliff and it feels great, like really really great. So after a few hours, the guide asked all of us to jump off a cliff, this one is specifically designed for cliff jumping. I jumped again, so did my friends. Really, it was the best moment. Here's our pic

The photo was taken from my friend's iphone and some of them were taken from the Agent's camera. On June, 2013 i went rafting again. I'll tell you in my next post, well then... teheeeeeee

January, 2013

I went to Bintan Island on January with my mom and her friends, including their child. I was kind of excited but not really cause all of my friends are mostly kids. Well, but i really enjoyed my trip there cause i have my you know, me time there. Okay, Bintan Island is located in Batam, Sumatera. Yeah Yeah, it took like 15 minutes with speedboat from Batam to Bintan but mostly, people took ferry. I stayed at Cabana beach & resort, which is like a small part of Bintan. They said, the most beautiful scenery is at Lagoi, it almost looks like Bali so maybe next time i'll try to stay at Lagoi. And idk how me and my mom arrived at the wrong harbour so we took taxi from there to our hotel and it took like, 2 hours journey. I had a carsick so i vomited a little, what a bad luck. I stayed at Cabana for 2 days if i'm not mistaken. It was really nice, the beach and everything... I spent most of my time just watching the sea and read my novel. Sometimes all you need is just being alone and forget about your problems and reality

If you want to escape from your busy and frustrating situation, Bintan is the right place for you to be. It's quite, peaceful, beautiful, and..... you gotta find out yourself. The next day, i went back to Batam and stayed there for one day. My mom had a lot of fun with her old friend, so did I. I spent my day in Batam playing with my old friends, Tasha & Tata. Although i completely forgot their face when i first saw them. I have nothing to say again so well, babaaay.
Oh, and here's my favourite track of the day.

October, 2012

27th October 2012, i went to Dwi Warna waterfall which is located in Sibolangit, North Sumatra.
They said it was called Dwi Warna because the waterfall has 2 colours, Dwi or Dua in Indonesia means two. I went with half of my schoolmates, 25 people if i'm not mistaken. It was really nice, it took like 1 hour from Medan to Sibolangit if i'm not mistaken again. Yeah, i kind of had car sick on the way to Sibolangit, so we stopped at Sehati restaurant and i drank a cup of hot tea and vomit a little bit. We bought take-away foods there, you know for us to eat in the Jungle and so we continue our trip. Finally we arrived, we kind of gathered and prayed before we start our jungle-trek journey. AND our journey began. I was so happy really, it wasn't my first jungle trek but you know this time i went with my best friends so it really made me excited. We crossed the creek, climbed rocks, stepped on rocks, climbed to the top by ropes and et cetera. The track was kind of slippery and i have to admit it, it was exhausting. But i don't really feel exhausted because maybe i talked too much. We spent so much time climbing to the top, i think we stopped to often. It was half way to the top, and suddenly one of my friends, Danny had to climbed down because he could't make it anymore. He was exhausted and had cramps and the worst part, he wore sandals. It was really... i mean i believe he could make it, so we lost our 3 friends, Meissy and Felix joined Danny to climbed down. I feel kind of sad but we continue our journey. Finally finally finally, we reached the waterfall! I was like "WOAH!", i didn't woah because of the waterfall but that feeling... when i reached the top... i was so happy, i can't even describe my feelings. I was relieved, excited, happy, i just can't describe it. It was so freaking cold! The waterfall, it's beautiful, really but i think it's too small for a waterfall, it does have 2 colours, white and blue. It's just beautiful and well, the air was really fresh here.

It looks like a pond, isn't it? Here's some pic of us

See, we were freezing! We spent like 20 minutes on the waterfall, some of my friends did get into the water but i didn't, it was so cold already i couldn't stand it. On the way back, suddenly it started to rain. At first, it was just a drizzle but it gets heavier and heavier. It was raining heavily and the track became twice slippery and full of mud. I covered my head with my friend's towel but it was not helping. I was drenched. Oh yeah, i took my bag with me which had spare clothes, water bottle and phones inside. We shouldn't took our bags... somehow, Kahfi had this bag which is waterproof so we gave all of our phones to Kahfi. Suddenly, Kahfi had cramps all over his feet and really, it was terrifying. He screamed so loud when the guide put on some Counterpain on his feet, i was sitting in front of him and really i was frightened. His body was shaking and...  really let's don't talk about this. Before we finally get out of the jungle, we had to cross the creek and we were holding hands so that we don't fall into the water. It was so fun. Finally, after 8 hours in the jungle we finally end our jungle-trek. We didn't take a bath, we just changed our clothes. I had no spare clothes, all of them were soaking wet so i wore Kahfi's hoodie as my top. We decided to eat at Garuda before we get home, i got into the car with my pants soaking wet. At Garuda, luckily i saw a shop which sells clothes across the street so i decided to go there and Danny accompanied me to cross the street and we bought like 5 surfing pants. It was so funny, mine was pink. At the end, i got home at 11 if i'm not mistaken. It was really a fun, tiring, dazzling & an unforgettable day. Ta-daaaaaaa!
